I feel like I have gotten really behind the past couple of weeks with updating about the new house. It has been so busy lately!! Thankfully, I officially worked my last night shift last week. I will only work days from here on out. I think that will give me much more time and ENERGY to stay organized with everything, including my blog.
The house is steadily progressing. From the outside, it seems not much has been accomplished. But, the inside is moving right along.
Progress:
- Plumbing all in
- Windows all in
- Electrical wiring all in
- Insulation all in
- Brick/Rock on exterior is currently going up
The sheetrock starts on Wednesday! So we will be painting before we know it! Thanks to my wonderful husband, we feel confident in saying we will be in the new house by Christmas. What an awesome Christmas gift! We are truly blessed and thank God for those blessings daily!!
